With a 12 month lease, there's a $100 dollar discount. So the price is $845 a month. Also, there's a addition $600 discount for december. Another addition fees includes, $200 application fee, $39 monthly for water, sewage and garbage. $50 if there's 2 person. Electicity is based on usage. On move out, there will be a fee for clean up, depending on how dirty the place is. Overall, the price will be around $850 + electricity for this place. Only slightly more expensive than the Firs. (Score: 4/5)
Location wise, the place is quite good. It relatively near my work place. 10mins drive without traffic, 15mins with. There's a direct bus to work. There's a supermarket nearby, 2-3 mins drive. Travelling to Bellevue and Seattle would be a pain thought during peak hours. There's a major road outside, but is not outside the unit I'll be staying in. (Score: 4/5)
Surround wise, the place is quite nice. There's nice trees and landscaping in the area. There's complains online that the place can get muddy. But not sure about that. However, outside the window of my unit, there's lots of trees. So my unit will be very dark. I'll have to always keep my lights on.(Socre: 3/5)
Anmenities wise, its not bad. There's 2 swimming pools, 2 gyms, both located near my unit. (Score: 4/5)
The unit itself is quite new. The appliances are relatively new. Carpet too. The cupboards too. However, my biggest problem is the layout of the place. Firstly, because of the positioning of the cable point (between the fireplace and the main door), there's no place for a big screen tv. Secondly, you can't really see from the kitchen to the living room. (Score:2/5)
Overall, I quite like the place. Only problem I have is the layout of the place.
