Bellewood Apartments
This place is called Bellewood Apartments.
Its location was good. In bellevue town center, near shopping. However, the apartments are quite old and the appliances were also old. The price tag however, was amazing. Only $600 for studio and $735 for 1 bedroom. Very cheap for this location. Haha, only catch is, this place is going to be demolish in April 2007.

Overall, the place was nice, and the 6 months lease is good. It gives Kelvin more time to decide if he wants to share an apartment, and if he doesn't want to. It allows me and Jingying to choose a place together when she comes over in March.
